Where it ships from, how long it takes, who charges the taxes

Delivery address

We ship to the address you confirm at PayPal checkout.
We don't change the address after payment — if you need a different one, message us before you pay.

The price of each product already includes part of the international shipping; the cart only adds the remainder.
International shipping: $5.00 per order, whether you take one item or several.
Free on orders of $85 or more.
Shipping does not include import taxes: those are paid separately, as explained below.

We ship from Shenzhen and Dongguan, China.
Estimated time: 12 business days (Monday to Friday; weekends and public holidays don't count), counted from when the order leaves the warehouse.
It's an estimate, not a guarantee: it depends on the carrier and on your country's customs, and that part isn't ours to control.
What we do control: handing your order to the carrier as fast as possible.

We email your tracking number when the order ships.
If the tracking doesn't move for several days, write to us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
If the order hasn't arrived by the end of the estimate, email us: we'll look into it ourselves — you won't be left talking to a form.

Store prices do not include import taxes: they are paid separately, by whoever receives the parcel.
Chile, from 25 October 2025: every cross-border shipment pays 19% import VAT, calculated on the CIF value (goods plus freight). Up to USD 500, that 19% is the whole charge. Above USD 500, a 6% import duty is added and the VAT is calculated on the value plus that duty.
In Chile there are two ways to pay it: you pay it yourself using the payment notice issued by the Tesorería General de la República (tgr.cl), before the parcel reaches customs; or the carrier advances it in your name and charges you on delivery, sometimes with a service fee. It depends on the carrier and the shipping method.
That money never passes through us: we don't collect it, we can't advance it, and it doesn't appear in your order.
If you're ordering from another country, your country's rules apply: each one sets its own threshold and rate. Some charge from the first dollar, others charge nothing under a certain amount. Check before you buy.
If you refuse the parcel at customs or don't pay these taxes, it may be returned: in that case we refund the product, not the shipping. If you prefer, we can reship it: you pay the outstanding taxes and the new shipping.

You're charged in US dollars (USD) through PayPal.
Your bank or PayPal may apply its own exchange rate if you pay in another currency.
We will never ask for card details by email or WhatsApp.
