What we keep
- Order details: name, delivery address, phone or WhatsApp, email, and what you bought.
- The messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email, so we can reply.
- Your email, only if you subscribe to new drops.
What we use it for
- Preparing, shipping and tracking your order.
- Answering your questions and handling returns.
- Telling you when something new arrives, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe whenever.
Who it is shared with
- PayPal, to process the payment. We never see or store your card details.
- The carrier, which needs your name and address to deliver.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there.
- The provider that hosts the site and the statistics tool.
Cookies and statistics
- We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.
- The statistics we use are cookieless: they count visits, not people.
How long we keep it
- Order data, for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
- The newsletter subscription, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Minors
- This site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
